Es ist bemerkenswert, daß auch E. Wiskemann, a. a. O., S. 101, Anm. l, die Begründung für das Dekret vom 2. August 1945 als unlogisch bezeichnet: „If the Czechs did not recognize Munich this was illogical.” Doch fährt sie fort: „Yet it was true that these people, with rare exception, had welcomed German citizenship.”
